INGREDIENTS
• 500g green beans – topped
• 3tbls oil
• 300g cherry tomatoes
• 1/2c grated Gruyere or Parmesan
• Good quality balsamic glaze
• Salt and freshly grated pepper
• A sprinkle of Creative Cuisine Braai rub
• Freshly chopped basil, to garnish
STEPS
Heat a large pan, add the oil and pan fry the green beans first and then the cherry tomatoes until crisp and golden (do not over cook) season with salt, pepper and braai rub.
Place the cooked green beans on your dish and scatter the cherry tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle the grated Gruyere and basil and drizzle with the balsamic reduction. Serve warm.
